Recommended making a humanitarian gesture by liberating prisoners for political and religious offenses who are in serious health condition

Ensure that human rights defenders are protected from unjust imprisonment, intimidation and violence and that it release those imprisoned or sentenced for carrying out peaceful human rights advocacy

Ensure compliance with article 4 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the general observation number 29 of the Human Rights Committee on state of emergencies.
