Adopt targeted policies and programmes to address structural discrimination against indigenous peoples and people of African descent

Continue its efforts to guarantee the provision of resources and infrastructure in the area of initial and secondary education so the quality standards are ensured

Work to extend its efforts regarding free primary education to all

Enhance its targeting mechanisms with regard to the delivery of social assistance to ensure that children and women, particularly pregnant and breastfeeding women, are not left behind

Continue to develop its social protection policy and continuously monitor and evaluate its social cash transfer programme in this regard
