Organiser à l’avenir des réunions ministérielles fédérales- provinciales-territoriales sur les droits de l’homme.

Mettre en place, en coopération avec les partenaires des Premières Nations, des Inuit et des métis, des stratégies du logement articulées autour des spécificités afin de s’assurer qu’à l’avenir la réforme du logement refléterait les besoins spécifiques des populations concernées

Continuer de prendre des mesures législatives et autres pour concrétiser progressivement le droit à un logement suffisant en tant qu’élément d’un niveau de vie convenable pour ses ressortissants

Renforcer la collaboration intergouvernementale et le dialogue public sur les droits de l’homme, avec l’élaboration d’un protocole de suivi des recommandations reçues d’organes internationaux des droits de l’homme, et au moyen d’une stratégie d’association avec les parties prenantes

To inform CNCDH, as often as possible in advance, of the preparation of draft laws where the Commission could usefully play its role of providing advice on all matters relating to its area of competence
