Colombia assumed the following voluntary commitments: 123.1 Continue the adoption of measures required for the protection of human rights defenders in Colombia; 123.2 Continue the implementation of the Final Agreement for Ending the Conflict and Building a Stable and Lasting Peace between the National Government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia-People’s Army; 123.3 Army; Continue the peace negotiation process with the National Liberation 123.4 Initiate the second phase of the National Plan on Business and Human Rights; 123.5 Continue the promotion of a culture on human rights, as an indispensable base for a real reconciliation. 23
