Strengthen mechanisms and policies to fight trafficking in persons within the context of the national strategy and reinforce measures to address the needs of victims of this crime, including return, security, assistance and counselling. Also continue to carry out diplomatic efforts and technical cooperation initiatives with the aim of establishing or strengthening bilateral and regional mechanisms that address this transnational problem.
