Fulfil the recommendation, elaborated on in paragraph 2 of the OHCHR summary, made by the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, who in 2007 called upon Poland to enact a comprehensive body of anti-discrimination legislation and to set up a body to combat discrimination.
