Strengthen its cooperation and continue the process of ratifying the appropriate international instruments

Promote genuine dialogue between Viet Nam and other countries to enhance mutual understanding and to address issues which are of common interest related to human rights

In order to increase its capacity-building in the sphere of human rights, cooperate with the Voluntary Technical Assistance Trust Fund to Support the Participation of Least Developed Countries and Small Island Developing States in the Work of the Human Rights Council, bearing in mind that the Fund is mandated to support targeted training courses and capacity-building activities on the international human rights system and international human rights law as well as induction training sessions for government officials of the least developed countries and small island developing States to provide them with information on the multilateral human rights system

Seek the technical and financial assistance needed to adequately address the climate change challenges and to reduce risk and implement early warning systems

Encourage the Office of the High Commissioner for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms and for Mediation to seek accreditation by the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions

Strengthen cooperation with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and the special procedures

Cooperate with and provide access to relevant United Nations bodies to help ensure that its policies in Xinjiang, particularly regarding the so-called “vocational education and training centres”, are in line with international human rights standards

Further enhance international cooperation in the field of human rights and the Sustainable Development Goals, including through technical cooperation and capacity-building and South-South cooperation

Enhance education reform with particular attention to developing countries as part of South-South cooperation

Support international cooperation and dialogue and the sharing of experience with other countries concerning reform of the judicial system

Seek the technical and other assistance necessary to honour its national and international human rights commitments, especially with the ratification of treaties and conventions

Apologize for its silence relating to the acknowledgement of colonialism as a crime against humanity and the worst form of human rights violation, as indicated by the General Assembly of the United Nations, to the peoples and countries that France colonized, causing the death and displacement of millions of people, among them many citizens of the Syrian Arab Republic, and provide financial compensation to the victims

Strengthen the capacity of State and non-State institutions in dealing with human rights challenges by providing human rights education and training and establishing bilateral cooperation and assistance agreements with other countries

Work closely with civil society and non-governmental organizations in addressing human trafficking issues

Fully cooperate with the United Nations human rights mechanisms and, in particular, invite the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights defenders to conduct visits, and ensure that there are unhindered visits with human rights defenders

Seek the technical and financial support needed to meet its climate change needs

Strengthen efforts to increase the protection of domestic workers in collaboration with regional and international partners, as appropriate, including through bilateral programmes in respect of such workers originating from those countries

Strengthen cooperation and solidarity with the Caribbean Community Member States by providing technical assistance to strengthen capacity, particularly with a view to universal social protection and universal health care

Request technical cooperation with OHCHR to establish a permanent national mechanism to follow up on the implementation of international human rights recommendations

Provide the necessary support to the Office of the Government Coordinator for Human Rights in order to continue interaction with all stakeholders in the field of human rights

Strengthen cooperation with international and regional bodies in the area of human rights

Seek strategic guidance and technical assistance with a view to ensuring the effective implementation of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, as soon as possible

Consolidate the achievements obtained in the area of access to health care and reduce the social and health vulnerability of some population groups, particularly the inhabitants of rural areas and indigenous peoples

Strengthen the work of the Bilateral Technical Committee for the effective promotion and protection of the rights of the Mayan and Garifuna peoples

Bolster cooperation with the United Nations treaty bodies
