A/HRC/37/5 (b) Argentina assumes the firm commitment to continue the State policies leading to the construction of memory, the search for truth, and access to and the guarantee of justice for all human rights violations of the past and also for those of the present and the future; (c) Argentina commits to make great advances regarding development policies with a human rights focus, by incorporating economic, social and cultural rights and the Sustainable Development Goals into the planning of public policies and creating mechanisms of inclusion in order to reduce poverty; (d) Argentina commits to continue promoting the necessary reforms to achieve better standards of transparency, access to information, production of public data and statistics in order to have a better knowledge of the human rights situation in the country; (e) Argentina commits to deepen the policies to prevent and combat institutional violence, and to train the security forces and the penitentiary system in order to fulfil the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners (the Nelson Mandela Rules) and other human rights standards. 22
